Aunque sus responsables ya trabajan en la segunda entrega, The Surge contará este próximo 2 de octubre con un nuevo contenido descargable bautizado con el nombre de The Good, the Bad, and the Augmented, en referencia a la película de culto de Sergio Leone.
The Surge: The Good, the Bad, and the Augmented lleva al usuario a combatir al científico loco Dr. Rischboter con armas, armaduras y otros elementos de carácter único a través de diferentes salas de entrenamiento. Estará disponible en PC, PS4 y Xbox One.
